JSCS-TCML, in collaboration with the National Taitung University's Chinese Language Teaching Research Center, has successfully initiated the “International PenPal Exchange Program.” The program's inauguration ceremony took place on October 27th, with the participation of 30 students, teachers, and administrative staff.

National Taitung University’s Chinese Language Center has been conducting teacher training programs and student camps.  Currently, 130 students from five different countries can learn Chinese online and an app will be developed in the future. Graduate students at Taitung University will also gain valuable teaching interaction experience through the International PenPal Exchange Program.
