To familiarize international students with Taitung University and the local culture, each student is assigned a learning partner. By practicing together on a weekly basis, foreign students are able to better understand the campus environment, Taiwanese culture, and the unique local culture of Taitung. Meetings between international students and learning partners offer students the opportunity to form friendships and develop cultural exchanges.
